The Dekalb County Trojans Athletic Association (‘D.C.T.A.A.”) is recognized as being one of the fastest growing, most dedicated youth Athletic organizations within the state of Georgia. This organization is comprised of Youth Flag & Tackle football, basketball, baseball and cheerleading teams ranging from ages 4 to 17.
D.C.T.A.A. prides itself on molding the complete athlete by instilling Spiritual Growth, Academic Standards, and Physical Development in its everyday regiment. Additionally we pride ourselves in having one of the best collections of coaches, parents and board members in Youth Sports, in Metro Atlanta.
D.C.T.A.A.’s Philosophy is that athletics and scholastics go hand in hand. At every level, the Dekalb County Trojan Athletic program(s) seek to develop well-rounded young men and women who learn not only the fundamentals of the sports we provide, but also the importance of education in an atmosphere conducive to developing sound character while having a good time. Dekalb County Trojan Athletic Association teaches fundamental values, skills and knowledge that children will use throughout their lives.
In order for our organization to continue to grow and develop, we need the support from corporate sponsors that share the same vision…….”Developing Our Youth For a Better Tomorrow.” The Youth Athletic Programs are not only a physical enhancement for our youth today, but it gives our children the confidence and self-esteem needed upon entering high school along with the many other obstacles they face in society.
Statistics show that 89% of all youth that have had trouble academically, socially and criminally did not participate in youth sports. That number is startling! Together we can make a difference.
